Yet nerve wrecking but at the end of the day they are just regular people BUT yes you will get some angry ones, but just calling to let them know if there is anyway to be of service to them during or after the process and letting them know what you do will give them a more understand.

@Jay HunterI would talk to your agent about your specifics, you want to know the riders you have and ect, who will do your work and rehabs. this may mean you want a workers comp policy, and an inland marine will cover your tools and equipment, you may also want to increase the amount you have on your auto insurance because after all the big investor might get sued by a big shot lawyer, if you get in a wreck, that's another discussion on asset protection, but just my .02 cents worth.

If you don't make the payments, the lender will foreclose, take the house from you (causing you to lose any money you've invested) and wreck the seller's credit.

Yes, they look sooo sexy on paper...but then after it's been vandalized a few times, the tenant does a midnight move - while leaving the place in a total wreck- two months after moving in - you will realized that massive ROI was just bad hallucination.
