That is not luck, that is not random, that is suicide.So conclusion,  the people you are trying to skip trace (and pay money for to skip trace) are not just "a bad " audience.They are the worst possible audience.

Stay away, I made the mistake of buying one house through them in Palm Bay which has had continual problems.

This is not overly common, but if you have a concern the worst they can say is no. 4.

The mistake you are making is it looks like you think you can use the number on the HUD website as your rent amount. 

I see so many landlords lowing money through rookie mistakes, yet they continue looking for more doors.

There is a price for everything, but flippers make the mistake of thinking they can still get market value on a locational error.

Worst case you’ll get it back when they find another buyer.
