What's peoples thoughts opinions on this real estate market over here?

Typically I recommend that people get very clear on your vision for not only what you want to do but the exact markets you want to do projects in and narrow your focus to those.

An old business associate once told me "There are two people in this world you make sure you pay...the IRS and your attorney."

Plus, people remember those who genuinely help them—it’s a great way to grow your network and influence in this business!

I was wondering if anybody tried and got their deposit back.

I see people using Excel sheets (which is how I've tracked my flips last year) and my CPA is basically saying the accounting is a disaster right now but it seems like other people do FAR less than me and don't have issues...is this a CPA issue?

3) I am aware that the rent must be market rent, I do wonder if using the 1031 transfer to buy my in-laws property and then immediately renting it back to them would raise any red flags.Thanks

As I've been doing more and more deals over the years, and gaining more and more experience I been having people reach out about how they can invest with me on future deals whether it be Buy & Hold or Flipping.

The people who stay successfully married put their marriage/family first.  

This is the max it seems most "A" lenders will loan too, I might get 50% from a credit union but that still probably not help in the short term.How do people keep going?
