I had to evict a young single woman once because she stoped paying rent for a couple months after having a baby.

A woman speaker said that she jacks her prices up pretty high for vacancies that are months away, and she drops them down lower when they're a month away or so--kinda like airline prices.

I believe that helping a fellow man or woman can be very rewarding in the education of any trait or field.

Keep in mind, doing nothing is also a decision...I would consider my personal short term goals and time requirements before embarking on potential changes in my financial situation.  

Currently in Los Angeles prospecting places when I met a woman randomly who has an off market 12 unit property in Inglewood very close to the Los Angeles Rams new stadium.

I personally talked to an 80 year old woman yesterday who told me she had been charged a total of $4,080 (just under grand theft) through several transactions.
