sometimes the records are not correctly indexed, sometimes people's names are misspelled, (happened on a property that I bought where my name was misspelled), or people's names change through marriage, divorce, remarriage, junior, senior, other extensions  etc. 

The Schlage keypad handle systems work well too and lock automatically, but I have had complaints from a landlord who used them and the electronics stopped working after a year and just after the warranty expired....As far as the widows go...'

The judges feel that the punishment is too severe.There is a current case in Butler county where a widow lost a $200,000 for a tax bill of $6.30. 

As far as not being professional is concerned I have a landscaping business in my little town and had a client who became widower this year.

I think you are right - the aunt's remarriage probably generated a lot of family dynamics which just came to a head.  

Old widows with extra rooms will bring in boarders to take a room or ... without any paperwork since most of these are somewhat transient.

We reported it & 10 guys & equipment showed up from the town & deemed it a potential hazard BUT we could NOT remove it ourselves, even though we had also complained that tree limbs (widow makers) were falling on the sidewalk used by young school kids.

I gave the agent a call and she explained to me that the owner is a widow & has fallen behind on his mortgage payments.
