In my experience folks on vouchers are no better or no worse then regular tenants.

Is it better to rent to someone with a section 8 voucher or rent to someone without one?

Lots of advantages to these: they are affordable, they can all be bought in the same place all at once, and the vouchers are easy to carry around.

Hello BP community, My Fiancé and I would like to purchase our 1st investment home using our section 8 voucher.  

The web side its hard to navigate and find instructions or applications. please if anyone   can give me specific directions i will approached appreciate it   To make your property section 8 all you have to do is advertise that you will accept section 8 vouchers. 

Advertise that you accept Section 8 renters ( those receiving some city vouchers to help them with their rent).  

Anybody know where I can to see how much section 8 vouchers pay for rent in certain areas?

I completely agree with the previous commentor.I also want to add by accepting the voucher you also agree to regular property inspections by the agency. 

This is a gentrifying area inside the loop that's 7 minutes from downtown and has a strong pool of HHA voucher holders looking for 4+ bedrooms homes to rent, so the high cost is largely offset by the housing assistance voucher.

Can I say "Sorry I don't accept Section 8 vouchers?"
