The fact that you have visual, diagonal cracking throughout the entire house means there are significant problems with the foundation.

Either way, a letter from his CO isn't enough "proof," require an actual copy of the orders and/or visualize the original.

A visually impaired person you want to be sure you have handrails that are easily used on entrances and stairwells.

You may never do any of the work yourself, but being able to visualize a component and have a rough idea what it should cost and how it is installed can be invaluable.

I think our area relies more on a boro council than a DDA, which can be just as bad if not worse.I will be looking for some funding if the property checks out tomorrow on a visual inspection.  

I'm getting more and more detailed with my planning because it's a forcing function to make me visualize and think through deals before I commit real assets.

How many of you, when you do your VISUAL inspection, crawl the basement, attic, open every appliance electrical access points, etc....?? 

That way the visual is not overbearing.

Everything seems in good shape from visual inspection, and the previous owner removed unsightly wood panneling, repainted, added new carpet and flooring and upgraded some plumbing.
