But what will happen is that when a distressed seller opens up your mailing along with 15 other mailings they will automatically have a built in comfort level with you over the others as they've seen your logo / shop every week walking in & out of Walmart or driving to / from work.On the residential side again if it's a big operation that's a cost you need to take on as it builds trust in the community.

After or while you are in your first deal be thinking of that name for your company and when you get that first deal done you will have the cash to purchase your LLC and honestly I used fiverr to create my logo for my company. 

That would include a really cool but not cheesy looking logo :)  You'll find that you get what you pay for

.- With that in mind, I recommend not spending weeks or thousands of dollars figuring out a logo, or even a website, and don't let those things hold up any of your marketing or interactions with prospects.

Build a brand and create a website (Include your logo and link in your BP signature!).

I'm "oversimplifying" but the way they presented it was akin to them taking over the 1st bank, putting in new staff, and changing the name and logo.  

May I suggest that you look at upgrading your account so you can provide a little more information about your company (name, logo, contact info, etc.) on your profile and signature lines.
