As a lender I help clients with unique financing all the time, and have a couple long term hold investment properties but I am wanting to start “dipping my toes” into the flip world.

Maybe paint the fascia a different color and add a decorative gable to the front peak. 

The more stuff (toys, decor, shoes, software apps, employees, etc), the less joy I experience.

I’m not well versed in engineering but would think if you try hard you could combine the two and make yourself a niche market that you’re uniquely suited for and could benefit you financially.

I used to have one of my credit cards on file with a smaller tradeline company........until the owner got greedy with what she wanted to pay me for my card.......I would love to get my tradelines back out there and generate some side income....just looking for more tips on whereI’ve never heard of this before, and it sounds really unique!
