Every landlord should have a method, that can pass legal scrutiny, to get rid of undesired tenants .Just do not do something stupid like indicate that you are not extending their lease because they have an emotional support animal.BTW we have a unit with a legit support animal.

Oh and remember this: if you get a property manager to work with a property in a very undesirable neighborhood - and that is an IF - you're going to have to manage them.

They just mean that the property and/or area is undesirable, thus the greater market places less value on the income stream than in better markets.

The people who are making money now in these markets are those that bought property 15-20 years ago, or inherited property from family and have no loan to payoff.In the peripheral areas, things are a bit cheaper, but the rental income is lower too, and your probably making around the same margins.
