You can try to troubleshoot with the installer and get them to make it right, however if they are unable or unwilling, you could have to look into getting a refund on their work and finding another installer to put in the windows.

Unfortunately, it's unlikely that there's going to be a simple bandaid solution.What you need to do is get someone out there who understands the building science behind insulation strategies and can help troubleshoot the actual reason for the condensation to be happening.
