Looking to connect with fellow Real Estate Podcasters out there, of course BP's Podcast is the bomb, but looking to meet and greet with  others using the medium to share ideas, troubleshoot, or just talk shop!

Unfortunately, it's unlikely that there's going to be a simple bandaid solution.What you need to do is get someone out there who understands the building science behind insulation strategies and can help troubleshoot the actual reason for the condensation to be happening.

Between family life, work and what time is left over, I would not want to spent it troubleshooting problems, showing vacant homes, calling past due tenants, going to court, etc.

Trouble shoot why the ceiling grid is carrying 19 volts(Think its the ballast)  Install new floor, instal kitchen cabinets I sanded down. 

Identifying the problems on your first deal and starting to trouble shoot them will help you down the road.  

If the water hasn’t drained after the cleaning then you can trouble shoot a couple of other potential issues like a kinked drain hose (YouTube will have several videos) or call a technician.

While I wait for the receipt, I realized this doesn't feel right:1) My expectation is that even a mediocre PM should be able to walk a tenant through basic troubleshooting to reset a breaker before getting an electrician on speed-dial.

Did you really expect the Plumber to come to the property and troubleshoot "for free?"

And not a 1 of us LEGIT GC's will run around to pickup items you ordered, for among many reasons, were too dang busy running the circus; checking on jobs, designing job's, meeting with inspectors, running a project schedule, trouble shooting, meeting with suppliers, negotiating contracts, holding sub's accountable, vet'ing sub's, hiring, firing, all the everything that goes into making your project build possible that you don't see.   

Actual people that can strategize and trouble shoot.
