The heat/electric is really high considering I have the same triangle tube boiler in a  large 16 unit nearly 20000 sq ft.

Just thought I would share something personal.While I've got the time and attention to determine where I want to take my real estate investing, my goal is to gather and share as much knowledge as I can.I look forward to meeting, helping, and learning from the broader BP community and especially those folks living, working, and investing the Triangle.

Hi Shaun I also invest in the Triangle area (2 units in Chapel Hill near UNC, 3 units in Raleigh near NCSU, 1 unit in Cary and soon one more in Holly Springs soon). 

@David Faulkner Haha, that reminds me of one "lot" that's shaped as a very obtuse triangle.

I know you said you have family in the Charlotte area, but the Raleigh-Durham area is less than 3 hours down the road, state capital (Raleigh) on NC, has 3 major universities to support the burgeoning population (Duke/UNC/NC State), home to the Research Triangle Park and an extensive tech startup ecosystem.
