Marketing & Bookings: Besides Airbnb and Vrbo, what strategies help drive direct bookings?

Hi Robert, your situation sounds exactly like another gentleman I am working with right now and helping with his 1031 strategy and execution.

I’d like to know if there is any measure or strategy I can do beyond that.

One strategy is to pursue properties (in your preferred markets) that have been listed for sale for over 90 days (even longer is better).

I hadn't thought of these strategies before, but I'll definitely give them a shot.

With this in mind, I recommend exploring other investment strategies that may provide better cash flow and ROI.
