At least you have the option of saying yes or no before it is sold. 

Any other major syndication site has restricted sold data so it will be incomplete.

You’d probably end up with a bigger after tax gain if you sold the 2nd property for any amount of money and did that.

You can stop, regroup, wait on your DSCR to improve....or you can keep going by using another tool in the old tool belt.

I used to own a large SFR management company I sold to Evernest in 2019 and I manage a Kroger SC and a set of retail condo suites for a client now but it isn't my thing. 

Until 2021, prop 13 was maintained on all CA property until sold.  

i just sold a property on a contract for deed.
