Often it's experience, capital, and relationships that build your base for your wholesale business and most people who seek coaching think it's a magic pill.

This is easier said than done b/c that can be an expensive pill to swallow being a first time landlord.

It would be more work but based off your math cash flowing negative in the 1000's is a pretty tough pill to swallow.This is probably the least desirable but could you rent out a room on Airbnb?

I think some investors think that if they have a magic pill - take a 10k class, become an agent - it will make them a successful investor.

Take two chill pills and come back when you've had a good nap and a glass of water.
