I am meeting a couple of physical therapist guys next week who have 4 locations already and are expanding and are interested in renting this space from me.

My wife is a marriage and family therapist and I think it is rubbing off on me, ha ha ha.

Tons of outside capital, energized by falling interest rates, started buying houses to rent, taking them out of the pool of available homes for regular people to buy. 

I don't think she's ever even seen the therapist who wrote it. i want to follow the law, but am I our of line for wanting more verification?

Are you going to play therapist/mediator/cop for every dispute between these tenants?

Wife is marriage family therapist... very expensive profession that doesn't pay well, that along with several years of deferring her loans without making payments, and pulling out personal loans to pay me rent when we first rented together (i was not aware of this...)
