Not sure if you're still looking but, condos can be a solid investment for long-term rentals due to their typically lower purchase price and less maintenance responsibility, as many exterior tasks are handled by the condo association.

We use Stayfi which collects guest information as they connect to the internet. 

We use Quickbooks to manage some of our internal tasks like expense tracking, invoicing, etc. but Use bench to manage all of the more tedious tasks like bank recs. and tax prep.

I suspect when the time comes for a tax pro this would be an easy task.  

So many tasks, so much stress, and complications galore.

I think what we are seeing is with most of these folks having these issues and now with the internet these issues are broadcast wide far.
