I wonder if your $250K would be better utilized with two $125K single family homes in Fountain Square, Bates Hendricks, Fall Creek Place, SoBro, Saint Clair Place, etc.

For example:In Orange County:- 4.5 miles from Huntington Beach at Main st. puts you in Fountain Valley, on the other side of the 405.- 4.0 miles from Laguna Beach puts you in Laguna Woods and Leisure World- 4.0 miles from the pier in San Clemente puts you outside city limits!
