For a monthly subscription you can pull mls data.I used Lifestyles Quest and it's awesome.

I have been reading as many Robert Kiyosaki books as I have been able to make time for and feel I have a decent grasp of RE investing, yet I feel apprehensive and somewhat lost surprisingly with how to get started.I recently declined a subscription to join the Rich Dad Coaching sessions due to funds (way too expensive) and have decided to stick with other means of learning the business by way of conversations with people that have had success in RE investing.

Here's a "Me too" subscription to this thread - seems like "everyone" agrees that this is a great method for sourcing deals, but no one seems to know the details of the legalities involved (if any).

Bottom line is you get what you pay for and because wholesalers don't charge subscription fees, time is the commodity you pay with.

We do not avail ourselves of the Direct Bill Pay option available at Canadian banks as we are not large enough to warrant the subscription costs.- cheque - we discourage this method, but will still accept post-dated cheques from long-term tenants.
