That said, a Solo 401k can easily invest in wall street by opening a brokerage account.  

Lots of skinny deals, overpriced vs. sqft/layout, bad street, or a combination. 

I found this opportunity through a detailed Zillow search I had pinpointed the specific streets in the neighborhood I liked.

Philly can vary quite a bit street-to-street.

Hello everyone, I live in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house here in Rockford il,  Also has a basement where there is a laundry area, bathroom and a room with closet.

I am going to close on a SFH with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
