Making lemonade....... 

My goal is to buy multi family in the more affordable area such as frankford, west philly, strawberry mansion, etc.

Forget the mortgage and the HELOC and everything else, I just want to try to get on the same page with you numbers wise.Let's say I invest in my daughter's lemonade stand and she's really kick *** at lemonade, so I put in $10,000 per year for ten years.

i manage property mgmt partnerships for Lemonade, a company offering renters insurance, now with a $0 deductible option for the first time in the world.

That would probably make for happy neighbors especially if you will need them to cooperate later on.Then, after you have your plans for changing the use or whatever you goal might be, send another letter in the same manner to withdraw consent, your reason (you don't need a reason but it looks good) is that your use is changing, I'm planting strawberries all over my property, whatever. 

Make lemons out of lemonade.

My youngest who is only 19 is very interested in chasing real estate and I want to help him and myself and see if we cannot make some lemonade together.

Throw in some orange slices, a few strawberries and kiwi and you have a better representation of a fruit salad.
