Self Managing is always an option but with City inspections involved at every turnover, I am not sure how feasible it is to manage remotely.

I held a lot of my stuff in storage or in a back closet that didn't need renovating.

Is it office, multifamily, NNN, car wash, self storage, debt fund etc.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.
