It's an STR/MTR staple, and every book I have read has recommended it's use, especially if you do not live relatively close to the property.

Then pulled out all staples from the subfloor.

I usually fill gaps with simple paper shims made out of painter's kraft paper rolls, stapled in with a manual staple gun (Arrow T50, tried and true). shave down rises with the block planes.

There are so many pages, I don't think "printing and stapling" the pages myself would work well.

As a last word of advice- stay away from a Staples or Office Depot form - junk, and not worth the dollars saved at all.

I only wish there was a Google Docs version as we use a lot of Chromebooks and tablets these days.I know I posted a bunch of programs up there, but our staple is Podio due to its flexibility and customization options. 

There are a good number of duplexes in the area, and demographics and the projected growth of the area (with businesses coming to town and other staple businesses in the area growing) seem to hint that duplexes would be a great investment.

I need a conscious collective of tenants grounded as communities staples, because honestly this town doesn't have much.
