Hello San Diego,I just moved to the San Diego area yesterday (currently in la mesa) to play soccer for the indoor team (Sockers).

Typically they only broadcast their deals when their list of potential buyers all pass on the deal. 

And would this be a broadcast or direct communication with the guest?

Hey BP I was wondering when is the best times during the day to send out a sly broadcast and what times gave you the most response in your marketing campaign doing so?

I plan to start my second book next week and hopefully have it ready to go for publication same time in 2019.I am also hosting the first ever Ultra-Marathon in Memphis on March 17th called the Big Buffalo 50.Lastly, my wife and I launched our philanthropy last year called Kids Kickin’ Cancer Soccer Club.  

That way you can build your email list in MailChimp and send broadcast emails of your new deals to people that have opted-in to your wholesale website.  

My soccer friend mentioned that he had a property in lake arrowhead that he was selling.

@Conner Olsen Thanks for the post... we have a long term rental near the Domain and soccer stadium and were contemplating converting it to a 30+ day STR. 

My long-term goal (hopefully not too long) is to buy my first rental property and start my own Real Estate business.I love sports, playing soccer, spending time with my family and friends, and now getting myself into this investing world.If anybody is around this area or DC just let me know.I am beyond excited and ready for whatever comes.
