It ain't over till the heavy set lady sings!

Success rate to me is converting prospect to singed contract. 

I can not sing his praises enough.

Quite frankly I'm embarrassed for you the way I am for American idol tryouts that cannot sing.

The problem is that the seller singed a 6 month agreement with a Realtor (5 months to go) who led her to believe that he could sell the house in a month.

I then went to the city attorney who had already heard the news and was singing a new tune.I now held the big stick.

I talk to a realty lawyer and he said the one thing I can do is to have him sing a document that state's he will not go after me if I remove the encroachment. 

But enter a cancer diagnosis or a major accident and when you're in bankruptcy court, I'm guessing you'll be singing a different tune.That said, health care coops are becoming more popular for people who fall outside of employer coverage and you might see if your local chamber of commerce or small business owners group has a coop so that you can get group rates.

Since they were under age at the time they singed the lease, they are not obligated to it.
