For example, maybe a house hack where you are offsetting your housing expense allows you to live in the heart of three key quality of life factors (Where you work, where you leisure, and where you shop).

Shop around for the best financing options that suit your needs.

Directly across the street you have Panda Express, Popeyes and a pawn shop/jewelry store must I say anymore? 

I would shop this out and get some other quotes.
