The property in combination with the local market has resulted in a very large # of applicants having section 8 subsidies.My company has only had a handful of section 8 tenants apply in the past but have never had any that ended up leasing from us.I'm looking for advice as to what questions should we be asking of section 8 tenants?

If it is higher end and/or hyper competitiveness I do not like cutting corners currently.There are some good look alike that will appear as stone counters in photos and not be in person.

I found out from the seller that 2 of the units pay through cash app, 2 are on Section 8, and the rest they pick up in cash.

The photos online won't be of much use to you as the photos where the money spend is at are in the basements, attics, and the exterior of the house, and every corner of those if that helps.

Is that per TV or cover the whole house.I have upscale vacation rentals so I'm personally not cheating out by not providing cable channels.I even put this in my ads. " If other properties aren't even providing cable channels, what other corners are they cutting?
