I lived there myself for 4 years, then moved out and converted it to a super-profitable short-term rental (it's ideally situated near great restaurants/nightlife, the National Zoo, Rock Creek Park, and hotels that host professional conferences).

He is awesome.I do like commercial real estate and the restaurant in CA is great, but I have a realtor partner who lives there and takes care of anything needed. 

And they’re telling me that we have to create one main shut off for both panels which would force us to completely redo and upgrade all meters, panel, and go to 400 amp from 200.

Folks,I am negotiating an owner-operated restaurant lease and tenant agrees to a personal guarantee for the initial lease term of five years but rejects a guarantee for the two options (five year each).

What you do if you want to find out the near by best restaurant ? 

What we look for is good restaurants moving in and more than a few cranes building new places.

The conditioning of "get a degree, get a job and work 40 years and shut up" was a strong reality in my upbringing.

Booking of course penalized my account for cancelling the reservations and I said fine and shut it down.
