can you go 1-2 hours out for a lower price point but retain the ability to be hands on?

To me it seems like an incredible pairing, someone who knows and understands to tools available and has the professional ability to leverage those tools not just for tax returns BUT also for tax planning and strategy.I'm a Stessa Pro member and in talking with the pro support team they do not have any preferred CPAs/vendors at this time.Does anyone know of CPAs who know the system?

There's a bill in AR that hopefully will get passed which would stop local municipalities from enforcing regulation on STR.

 That felt fee service IS an agent.Flat fee services often let you put it the agent remarks whatever you want and have little compliance checking.  

Each HA uses HUD guidelines but has the ability to modify the process upon HUD approval. 2. many landlords do not fully understand  the ins and ours of the program.

That might give us some ability to sell our ADUs separately 

@Brian Plajer  - I find a lot of value (translation: ability to sleep at night) in the Sumrok network, because I get to meet, talk, and get to know the folks I invest with. 

I don't regret waiving my inspection (or ability to negotiate on that), but I probably would have sent a few trades through.
