I haven’t even done my first deal yet, relax.

I am about to start the day back at the 9-5 job and it is relaxing to be back at work! 

Relax, I'm not going to ask her out, but it did get me thinking, surely this happens to other landlords. 

Usually the rules of evidence are relaxed so hearsay is allowed and you do not have to lay much foundation for getting evidence in. 

People that don't have direction in life are awash with time or sadly people who don't know what they are doing are fighting so many fires they are wasting time, while RE pros (which I definitely am not and I'm a RE hobbyist) are so busy running their businesses, prioritizing their families, and trying to find some time for their rest and relaxation they don't have time to waste by committing to mentoring a random person. 

Naturally, you'll pass the best tenant-buyer candidates to your mortgage guy and let him tell you who he can get a loan for the fastest.On the other side of the coin, if you have a seller who doesn't care about the loan staying in their name, they just want OUT, and the house payment has a lot of cashflow each month and maybe not much equity, then you can relax a bit more and deal with a wider pool of tenant-buyers, buyers, or even renters!

If you are looking for a more relaxed type of crowd, that would be the one I would suggest.

He can just relax and enjoy the view.

After going through all this I am pushing up my retirement plans by a couple years so that I can spend time with my wife and children, do some traveling, and just relax!
