It was especially refreshing since we haven't seen many people in person since early last year. 

With the BOJ taking interest rates negative and for a variety of other reasons the Japanese people, at some point, have to become leery of JGB's.

Either way, the space will need some refreshing, specifically new flooring and some minor bathroom renovations.

The photo is an example of shopping process for one of my Interior Design clients who was doing a renovation to refresh the home they purchased nearly a decade ago.

Plus it gave me a chance to really clean up and refresh the place.

So refreshing compared to some others on BP that seem to claim "there is only ONE RIGHT WAY to invest ...

I'm pretty much dead set on seller financing as my path now, and it's refreshing to finally nail down a path to take... but now I need to navigate the obstacles and pitfalls on this path so I'm not traversing it in the dark.

@Geoff Schackmann it isn't a problem, I'm used to having my name mistaken.Thinking a little more tactically, do you see signs in an area which are frequently refreshed, or even signs which go up   friday night and come down sunday night (to avoid code enforcement, if that is even a thing in the area you are considering)?
