However, every city needs financing for schools, roads, police etc - that's why people pay for all the infrastructure through the taxes: property taxes are the highest, income tax is very high and almost doesn't reciprocate with your work place city.There are plenty places you can buy in Shaker Hts dirt cheap, Too: for example zip 44120.

@Tony Marcelle your experience will differ, but since Alabama and Florida do reciprocal licensing, I'd think they're more similar to each other than other states.
