I'm in the process right now of finding subs, etc. studying for my principal brokers license (they don't have reciprocal agreement with CA) and my sons getting his contractors license.

If you get a license via reciprocity, you typically need to maintain that old license as well.

I currently want to pursue a Minnesota license but I want reciprocity in ND. 

Once you bring them value and start to help their business then they will most likely want to reciprocate and help teach you.

North Carolina hold reciprocity with the state of Tennessee, so no worries there.

Pa law allows for reciprocity.  

However, every city needs financing for schools, roads, police etc - that's why people pay for all the infrastructure through the taxes: property taxes are the highest, income tax is very high and almost doesn't reciprocate with your work place city.There are plenty places you can buy in Shaker Hts dirt cheap, Too: for example zip 44120.

I am by no means a "drive by-er" I intend to reciprocate whatever knowledge and practical advise taken heed upon from here and return it to fellow aspiring real estate entrepreneurs.

@Tony Marcelle your experience will differ, but since Alabama and Florida do reciprocal licensing, I'd think they're more similar to each other than other states.
