I do think something is off with what the realtor was doing if she asked for 30k in advance for staging which should be done by a different company, not her, but the post is basically just pure fear from not knowing what one is doing and then trying to out someone and take no responsibility.

There is a unique tax deduction in the US called a “conservation easement.”It was designed by the IRS to encourage real estate owners to make pristine land, that could be enjoyed by the public, a conservation ground, and thus un-developable.In return, the landowner could treat the act of granting a “conservation easement” as tax-deductible.

What I also enjoy is when people put out articles with contradicting view points and in six months or a year point to the - "see how correct i was", well yeah you placed bets on both red, black and green so you were going to be correct because you bet on all options.

Tenants have a right of use and enjoyment of the premises, so that would imply that the landlord cannot interfere with the lease premises.

But it’s not my fault that that (smaller) investor does not make sure that no DNC-registered number is ever called by his out-of-the-country VAs in the first place… In any case, like I said, pure speculation on my part.I own properties in various states, but it seems that my half a dozen in TN get the most attention from them.
