My lease states this: (still working on the correct legal wording) Emotional Support Animals (ESA):Tenant will provide a copy of letter from a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist -NOT the family doctor) on his/her letterhead that states the person is under his/her care, is emotionally or psychiatrically disabled, and prescribes for the person an emotional support animal.

I had a friend at the same time I was getting my real estate license getting his massage therapy license, and to give someone a massage he had to have more state required class time then I did!

A couple wants to rent; but the woman has income of $19k while the man is attending college full time to get Physical therapy certification so no income.

When I informed an applicant of these restrictions, she told me her dog was a pitbull, but a therapy dog, and she could get paperwork. 

One of his tenants got a note from a doctor allowing her to have a therapy dog in a no pet building.

The workbook they send in the mail is about half full of more like therapy sessions and learning your why, what kind of traumas are stopping you from being the most successful version of yourself, typical guru space filling fluff.
