For agents: Are virtual tours a must-have for your listings, or do you find professional photos alone sufficient?

Multifamily properties provide higher rental income and lower vacancy risk, but they require higher upfront costs and more management.

Same to me on Zillow, I think it’s because Zillow makes money providing or finding loans.

I joined Ryan Zolin’s Agent Investors course and I love it.

HML is the same as getting a mortgage from a regular lender such as a bank or credit union, but the HML does not require as much documentation and they provide money really fast say, within a few days. 

Maybe it’s just gut feel, but for some reason It FEELS like these two scenarios will provide excellent opportunities moving forward, while fishing for notes to purchase at significant discounts to current principal enough to yield sufficient returns doesn’t seem as promising.
