Are fractionalized deed of trusts allowed in Washington state?
26 February 2019 | 14 replies
The reason i did them in the first place is its what we did in CA.. as SOP.I find Oregon and WA have some similar laws.. but Oregon is much stricter for instance you can do commerical purpose loans on non owner occ without NMLS or state license were in ORegon you cannot.A Seattle foreclosure trustee mill would probably know this one off the top of their head. and of course an attorney ( real estate lending attorney) these can get prickly in a foreclosure setting like in CA all bene's must sign.. to prosecute the forclosure you cant just foreclose your fractional interest but thats CA.
