From what I've seen so far they seem like they get mixed reviews some praise it some hate it...I'd hate to lose $125 just to find out it isn't for me

I still haven't figured out what I plan to do for pet policies towards renters.I have a German Shepherd, though, and she is the most wonderful dog -- everyone who meets her praises her for being so well-behaved.

Because they know they are not the only ones seeking these properties.Want-a-be's- Have no direction, Use to be locators, have taken several get quick investor courses, Work 9 to 5, Not fimiliar with the praise"time is of the essance", Trying to low ball the seller to were they wont even entertain the contract etc...Only you can say what the situation was to cause you and your locator to lose contact.

I have seen various posts praising and critiquing different STR revenue estimators (Airdna, Mashvisor, etc.)I am getting some value from Airdna but there are specific recurring issues which leave me confused.

I never miss an opportunity to praise and thank her for her work on our behalf.

My issue with Renatus is that 90% of the people you read about singing their praises haven't actually done a ton of deals.

Many times I have receive praises from former LLs and it helped me make a decision on a tenant that I might have passed on based on the numbers.That has led to many great tenants!

Not least of which being that it involves mr Wendell de Guzman, someone that has been featured on a bp podcast and praised on his podcast page as a savvy investor with a lot of know how.

@George S freemanFinding money for down payment and having no money down to put in a deal, even if found is a very bad idea as you have zero equity and are over leveragedSome may praise the fact that you have no money in the deal but the slightest bump in the road and you have negative equity and you are hamstrung on what you can do.
