You may always pick up Umbrella insurance on your property in your name in the meantime. 

If it is, I will certainly pick it up and give it a read. 

I have a few properties I'm looking at, only interested in picking up one, maybe two max if the price is right.

So if I had to pick just 1 thing as "the" biggest thing in Commercial space to monitor for determining biggest impactors to market prices for MFH, without doubt it's COST OF CAPITAL.
