My fear is their governments don't have the vision.

I was envisioning searching out inexpensive properties, travelling to them, staying in the area until repairs and renos were complete, selling or renting, then moving on to another property.Any information or ideas on how we could accomplish this vision would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.John

I dream of Real Estate have visions.

We have for years discouraged potential clients with visions of some "scheme" to use their own efforts or a quid pro quo arrangement as a means to move value inappropriately into an IRA.

Of course, adding value to others is important as well but with your experience & vision, you can add value to a lot of people.

Your story could provide a new vision for them and show that another outcome is actually possible.

As the years go by you should get a clearer vision of what business you want.
