If I were you, I'd start networking with others in your area to see what's normal, expected, and what are the main hurdles that investors near you are having to overcome. 

They boot up quick and battery life is amazing.The upfront cost was really hard for me to overcome because most windows laptops were cheaper and had better specs but so far I'm really happy with the Macbook pro.

Let’s face it, conditions are unlikely to get better than where we are today and underwriting needs to acknowledge that and build in adverse cycles.  

Lack of traffic usually comes down to price, almost any problem with a home can be overcome by price.

Since some people are very adverse to doing their own yard work, we make this known to the applicant prior to allowing them to see the house.
