All the transacting of the money is done by lawyers or title agents because documents need to be filed and recorded and made official. 

I have not received any official notification from anyone, yet and the tenant is non-communicative.

I haven't officially joined the NCREIA yet but I am going to a real estate investing workshop later this month in Durham so hoping to connect with a lot of people that weekend and will probably officially join and start going to more events. 

Where I got a ton of value was from the individual 30-60 minutes "meetings" in the hotel coffee shop, lobby, or bar with other participants.

After a screening to determine my official eligibility, I was asked how much I needed.

I don't know if it is called "efficiency" when you have a studio within the unit (without a new construction outside the property) B) Or, do you apply to the city for converting the duplex into an official triplex (replacing the door with a dry wall)?

@Vikranth Biradar, all the time spent looking for houses, talking with lenders, getting quotes…none of that time counts, until after you are officially under contract.  

The lobby is comfortable too if we wanted to hang out before or after that.  

I don't like speculating; investors can carry out their own analysis by following the historical data of the Bank of Mexico’s official Foreign-Exchange Commission.

There's no official limit so you could conceivably get a bunch at the same time.
