People always need housing and speaking of MTR there will always be insurance claims and traveling medical professionals.  

A ton of STR's opportunities include traveling nurses for hospitals, medical centers, and campus sights for OSU students.

These typically are the largest users of travel medical professionals.

San Francisco has a number of hospitals for travel nurses and other medical workers and probably corporate professionals who travel there.

Due to medical reasons a couple came to me looking to sell their house at a discount.

Everyone in the house is a doctor, medical student, resident. 

I work for The Realty Medics, a property management company here in Orlando. 

I will still make no exceptions for evictions on a record, no matter how other criteria works out, but a divorce, medical bills, student loans, etc., are worth questioning before rejecting.  

Agreed it’s illegal at a Federal level but here in Florida they hand out medical marijuana cards to anyone that will buy one.
