When your around 25(my age) you will be a monster!

Real Estate Monster (was perfect) but now he's Real Estate Beast (not too bad)  and his company was Infinity and now it's QHome Solutions, next week it will be a different name. 

To wit, there's a joke in my office:Oh look someone just parked a beat up 25 year old Toyota pickup truck out front.

Last time I checked trucks don't run off of hugs & an employee's wage is the same whether he goes inside the house or walks around the outside of it.

Now my wife and I each run a truck and each have 35-45 hours per week of paid work, 10+ hours of unpaid driving, and turn away new customers constantly.

(sorry ... not free)of course real estate is one application, but this does the same thing for retail, bars, restaurants, food trucks, contractors etc...Thoughts from the group???

Catch the ire of an angry busybody in this day and age, and you'll be a monster on social media before you've had your morning coffee.I hope this community continues to do good work, rehabbing and improving properties all over the world.

I emptied a house years ago , lots of antiques , i loaded up the truck and 16 ft trailer , I looked like the Beverly Hillbillies going down the road .
