Make phone calls, e-mails, etc.There are land bank owners that hold to flip land for profit, investors that buy land and entitle it to sell off for profit, and then others who are developers to create buildings on the land to monetize the dirt.

An alternate approach would be for you to take additional "back-end" upside that occurs as profits are generated or as your properties appreciate in value (and you monetize that appreciation).
