I was wondering if there were any seasoned NY wholesalers who have advice on where to find the most accurate and up to date market data, as well as successful strats to find 'motivated' sellers.

With that being said, asking for advice and following the counsel of more seasoned individuals should not be overlooked.After walking the property with local well seasoned contractor, with plans in hand I had to swallow my pride and fixation on what I am hoping to accomplish and start with the basics.

Renting as a vacation rental might work during hunting season but there really isn't much to do there that would attract vacationers in the winter.

Is anyone doing MTRs in the North San Jose area and using their property both for STRs and MTRs within the same calendar year based on demand, seasonality, etc.?

I imagine Cleveland is fairly seasonal so she would be moving during your slow season.

@Andy Mirza I agree Need to know value, when it was originated and pay history, How long has it been seasoned and what was the borrower down payment.
