Until then stop faulting the person who own's the stuff you're renting when you don't pay your rent,  or mis-use their stuff.      

Misuse of negative space (ie: no content) is rampant on BP. 

My first time posting , sorry if this isn't the main topic , but any commit would help ,I'm trying to get my kid to invest in a 401k at work that matches 6% of there pay ---------I know the right things to with a 401k ,,1) --SO ---my kid refuses to invest in there 401k --------- I recommend that they invest the max which is 6% and 6% co max and at the end of year , take the money out , pay the tax and pently,fees , and you'll make out , as they can invest in a money market fund misus fee with little market ups and down .......2)--- I'm I missing something , 3) -- mybe with any luck they will leave it there for a house down payment or RETIREMENT Thanks for any commits/advice Joe jr

QCDs are probably the most misused instrument in real estate.

The last 20 years this issue has only gone in one direction,  and now I can't even change my own toilet without a permit and there are no guidelines for these inspectors misuse of power.

There are advanced dialersOut there that do much of the work for you at a small cost Prospecting is key to real growth however how it is done is a great debate for our times we are all fatigued  and have become jaded by the amount of  bad solicitations we all get I expect this to get worse as we evolve and too many people misuse the phone.marketing to Solve the anonymity problem will be core to your growth.Attraction marketing even more so Having the discipline , patience's and courage to show who you really arecobsistently  along with the value you are  will help bring in business.

I know a lot of people who mis-use this metric by using purchase price instead of value.For example: “I bought a property for $40k and it rents for $800 whoop whoop 2%”But what those people don’t think to consider is that they put in another $40k in rehab, now the property is worth (value) $100k.
