I was unaware my tenants were keeping a pine tree on the rooftop and watering it with the hose.

I am interested in turnkeys as well as BRRRs in the Dallas, TX (where I reside), Shreveport, LA and Pine Bluff, AR area.

If he's in East Texas, this is probably a softwood/pine situation, not hardwoods but it probably varies.

If this is by Pine Hills, I would not buy.
