I would suggest renting it out, and keeping a few weeks for you and your family to make more memories!

Its very easy to use and saves your records in the cloud, but backup to a memory card. 

It's a VA Loan so other than the funding fee and $15k flooring improvements and around $15k for something else (bad memory) I have nothing else in the house.

I can't seem to locate any material from that vendor and didn't know if someone in here could refresh my memory. 

Making the decision more emotional: Unless the seller is an absentee owner looking only at the bottom line, chances are they had a lot of memories in the house.

My memory is a little foggy regarding the specifics, but based on my recollection, there are some limitations regarding mortgage interest deductions on cash out refinances, depending on what the funds are used for. 

Time has a way of stealing memories – both good and bad.

The police asked if there was any security camera recordings, but when I contacted the management company, they said that there were not recordings because the memory cards had been removed from the cameras.  

Even if it seems silly, just having a simple contract will be good because everyone has fuzzy memories after a while.
