We deny showing all the time because people won't share their contact info.

You prob have that info. the PM should have been all over that unit though to make sure they knew what was going on. 

And if you have been keeping people's contact info, you could pass that on to him as well so he can send out a change of ownership letter.it's just going to depend on the specific property and the specific buyer that wanders along.

i don't know if you've owned any before (feel free to chime in with more info) but the costs of entry get understated. 

On the paid plans, you will be able to access many more property, MLS, and owner info filters.
